Who We Are
Since 1987 Capital
has been providing specialist cleaning services and preventative
maintenance services to commercial and not for profit organisations
across the country.
Our dedicated teams carry out technical room cleaning and computer cleaning for thousands of clients. These include some of the most prestigious and technology conscious companies in the country.
As one of the UK's leading computer cleaning companies we deliver the standards, consistent service and value for money that business organisations demand. With our extensive technical cleaning skills, no requirement is too challenging or too unusual.
Our efficient approach to technical cleaning avoids waste and duplication of effort. Over the years we have built up an intimate knowledge of technical commercial environments. This allows us to select and develop the most appropriate materials and processes to meet the needs of any organisation regardless of complexity.

Quality Control
Our quality control procedures are extensive and cover every element of our business from how we carry out cleaning services through employment to how we raise an invoice.
Everything focuses on ensuring high quality service provision and customer satisfaction.
Our quality system is broadly structured in line with ISO 9002 and covers many issues including:

Staff, Training and Security
Capital's staff members are permanent employees. We take great care when interviewing prospective employees as we need to be certain they fit our employment profile. We only use people who have a supported work history.
All staff are fully referenced. Many will have passed security vetting to allow them to work in high security areas including banks and government bodies. All staff undergo initial and ongoing training in-house; each employee has a constantly monitored training record.
We only work in supervised teams. Each team member, including the supervisor, is uniformed and carries photo identification. Teams are supported by field managers and in turn by office-based management.

Environment, Health and Safety
Our policy is to provide and maintain safe and healthy working conditions for both our staff and our customers' staff. We also ensure that equipment and systems of work are fit for use. We aim to provide such information, training and supervision as is required for this purpose. We also accept our responsibility for the health and safety of other people who may be affected by our activities. The allocation of duties and responsibilities for safety matters in general, and the arrangements we have made to implement our policy, are set out in our Health and Safety Manual. Copies of this can be supplied on request.
Capital is committed to providing a high quality service to our clients. As part of this process, the management of environmental issues is high on our list of priorities.
The materials and methods used to carry out our operation have been chosen with both health and safety and environmental considerations in mind. Wherever possible we seek to reduce or eliminate any harmful environmental effects that our activities may have.
Our staff members are aware of the importance placed on adherence to the COSHH regulations, and carry or have access to health and safety data sheets relevant to the products being used.
Procedures are in place ensuring the safe handling, storage, transportation and (on very rare occasions) disposal of any products used. Products are generally re-used rather than disposed of. It is our policy to recycle products and materials wherever possible.
It is our intention to keep this policy up to date, and the way it is operated will be reviewed every year.
